About
Tillio is a living cap table for projects that grow on contribution. Founders, contributors and advisors sign one equity agreement that sets vesting, milestones and category weights.
Team members log contributions as they happen, from code and design to investor intros and checks. An AI evaluation engine drafts a value and a rationale for each entry, and the project owner approves, edits or overrides it.
Approved entries update the split that everyone on the team sees, payouts follow the ledger over Stripe and bank rails, and every entry has a comment thread and a dispute window. Tillio is in alpha, with a CLI and a GitHub Actions workflow for logging work from code.
Butts Studios designed the landing site and the product interface.
