Refund policy
Nothing is on sale yet. This is the refund policy that will apply when checkout opens. It covers downloads and memberships bought on buttsstudios.com; apparel from buttsstudios.com/shop follows that shop's returns page.
Downloads
- Within 14 days of purchase, ask and we refund in full, no questions asked.
- Faulty or missing files. If a file won't open, is incomplete or isn't what the product page described, write to us. We fix or resend it, and refund in full if we can't.
- Working versions. A working version is sold as one: changes between drafts are expected and are not a reason for a refund on their own. If a title is cancelled before release, see the Terms of sale.
- Double charges or mistakes are always refunded.
Supporter memberships
Cancel any time; the membership stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We refund a renewal charge in full if you write before you have used the new month.
UK and EU buyers
You have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but that right ends once the download starts if you agreed at checkout that it could start immediately. Faulty content can always be repaired, replaced or refunded.
How to ask
Email hello@buttsstudios.com from the address you ordered with and include your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
